How many of you still haven't finished your Christmas shopping? If your not careful you'll end up on Santa's naughty list. We finished ours about a week ago, but plan to get started on next year very soon. How soon? As soon as this weekend. Some of the best deals of the year are the days right after Christmas. Just avoid the exchange lines as they will be extemely long. There will be plenty time to exchange that reindeer sweater grandma got you in the new year. Its a good idea to make out a list of all the people you need to buy for to make sure you stay on track. And that cash mom and dad gave you goes a lot further when merchandise is 50%-75% off. I know my wife and I will be looking for Christmas decorations and a new tree for next year. I'm just hoping there's still a nice collection of items, as Christmas merchandise has been on sell for a week or so already. But look for great deals as many merchants are still trying to get in the black after a rough year, plus many will be trying to rid themselves of all that extra winter inventory. I plan to scoop up some deeply-discounted Christmas decor too. We need a new tree and I cringe at paying full price for decorations.
Sorry it took so long for me to comment. Anyways we managed to pick up some stuff at Target and Home Depot after New Year's for 75% off. We felt pretty lucky in the selection they had left and we picked up several things. Pretty happy with what we got. Hope you had so good luck as well.
